The Band
Brett Vantreese - Electric Guitar/Vocals
Brett Vantreese is originally from Paducah, Kentucky. He has been a guitar
player based in Nashville for many years, touring extensively in the U.S.
and Europe with numerous bands. As a young teenager he discovered the
guitar
work of Phil Keaggy and over the years developed a passion for players who
pushed the boundaries, Eric Johnson, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Steve Morse, and
Steve Lukather among them. He is also a producer, and is responsible for
the
overall sound of Lynette Vantreese’s debut album.
Tim Wharton - Bass/Vocals
Tim Wharton is a native of Pulaski, Tennessee. He is a graduate of
Tennessee
Technological University in Cookeville, TN where he earned a music degree.
While in Cookeville he played in several groups around the Middle TN area.
He has performed in many productions at the Cumberland County Playhouse in
Crossville, TN, including a show which co-starred Crossville native and
country recording artist Mandy Barnett. Some of his influences are Geddy
Lee, Jaco Pastorius, Victor Wooten, and Alain Caron.
Jon Bradford - Drums/Vocals
Jon Bradford was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. Inspired by several
African drummers, he acquired his polyrhythmic as well as eclectic drumming
style. His unique drumming style is also influenced by Stewart Copeland,
Bill Bruford, and Vinnie Colaiuta. In addition to playing drums, he sings
and composes his own music using piano, guitar, and bass in various styles.
His musical influences include Sting, Peter Gabriel, The Beatles, XTC,
Rush,
and King Crimson.
